I have a Whirlpool that I bought about four years ago and I am very happy with it. It has the silverware holder in the door, but it comes to attach to the bottom rack too. It is quiet but of course there are others that are much more quiet. I think it ran about $400 so it is not the "top of the line" as they say, but it cleans well, has all the options on it that I need and isn't noisy like my old "builders model" that we had before.

We clean up after ourselves. I have a phobia of touching other peoples used utensils, so I assume others do too. Therefore always situate used items so that the wait staff won't have to touch it. We always wipe our table too.

My DD had a so much fun tonight. We went with some friends and they all rode around in the back of my truck from house to house and everyone was really nice. Well, except one lady, she was nice but she had been eating all the candy she was handing out and gave the kids the wrappers. I also have the XSi and I love it. If you are looking for the newest model, I think it's the XSTi or something like that, Sam's in Hiram had them for a real steal. They were about $900 for camera body, two lenses, all the little stuff and the camera bag and this one is a 15 MP, if memory serves me right. I paid more then that two years ago for my XSi, but it did come with all the "stuff" and the bag.

Wow! All those pumpkins look great. I will have to take one of ours, hubby carved it last night, but he always free hands it and so we get the same look every year, a monster of some sort. I went about three weeks ago and thought it was very good. I had the lasagna and a Greek salad, both were delicious and there was so much food I had lunch the next day. That sounds good. See, the reason we even had the house appraised was to re-finance since the rates are so low and after we got the results we decided not to go through with it. So I thought I would try to use it to lower our property taxes. Thank you. Thank you Nana, that gives me hope. We recently had our home appraised and it came in $32K than it appraised for two years ago. It also appraised for less than the tax value on my statement. My question is, can I take that appraisal to the Tax Assessors office and show the current value to get a reduction on next years property taxes?

I agree and the rent should be a good bit less than what it is on 278. A smart business owner can make it work if they really put their mind to it, even in this economy.
