You do have to ask, who's counting the votes? Machines? He who programs the machine could theoretically be bought off...cash money in a paper sack makes all sorts of things happen. Expanding Dobbins makes much more sense than investing in an airfield between Dallas and Rockmart. If the building is on school property and being used by school students, I don't see how the school district can get out of making lease payments.
