My family and I watch it every week. We all cry like little babies which brings me to this...
The trailer fire on Ridge Rd. a couple of weeks ago. Does anyone know about that family and what their needs are?
Everytime I drive by I think about this show and how I would like to submit them to have an Extreme Home Makeover. My heart aches for them.

When my grandparents were aging and could no longer travel from Florida to Atlanta for Christmas, we started going to them. Yes, I had children and it was a hastle. However, with a 1yo and a 8yo I decided to make the best of it. (I knew my Grandfather would not be with us much longer). We spent Christmas in a hotel about 10 miles from my grandparents very small but nice doublewide in a retirement community. (Eustis, FL)
We wrote Santa a letter together and left it for him. We made it an adventure, and when my son got home he found a very nice "Thank You" note from Santa.
The bottom line is, what do you want? You can make or break it for your son. Your attitude will determine how he will handle it. So, decide what is best for all of you and make it work. Be positive, it really worries children when their parents are worried.
You will be fine :-), Just remember kids are easy to please. By the way some recognize their parents handwriting even at an early age.

LR - You are right the blessings are truly ours to be had.
On Saturday I was fortunate to help two different people. First there was a mother with a vomiting child in the card isle. Everyone just stepping around her. I asked her if she needed help, went and got someone and some papertowles from the bathroom. She was stuck trying to manage the child and the scene. Second, while trying to find a new deoderant, and elderly woman was searching for "roll-on" deoderant for her husband. There were so many choices and she couldn't tell which ones were "roll-on" and which ones weren't. I gladly took the time to show here the difference in the containers and a few samples of something he might like.
If people would spend less time being selfish and self-envolved the reward from just giving a little is worth every second. I was blessed just by helping these individuals.
Just remember that you never know when it might be you that really needs a helping hand. I will help you if I know you need it, I will not walk by and ignore the fact that you are struggling. If you are offended by my offer, just know that I am blessed and expect nothing less of myself.

If your kids are reading this, they already know!
One, you aren't supervising them when they are on the internet and two, they know a lot more than info on the big guy in the red and white suit!
Your job is to protect them and raise them, an internet form isn't responsible for your child. Sorry, as much as we would all love to jump in and do it for you it isn't in our foreseeable future.

Silly question... where is Paulding Plaza? I would like to go but I also have lots of "Above Average" clothes to give if that is an option. I know I have read about the shop but it is all sort of fuzzy.
What can you all tell me about it other than specifically where it is. I live off Ridge Rd in south Paulding.

I hate Prednisone, stupid people, classmates that don't turn in their assignments and wait for me to do all the work, when my husband makes me make all the decisions, bad drivers, working 10 - 12 hours a day, and just all the crap that goes on that could be avoided if we just treated each other fairly.

Fox 5 was showing it at 7pm and 1 or 1:30pm. I watched it when I was home. I always wanted to know what happend to the guy that went missing from the cruise ship. They had lots of coverage of that.
They also cancelled my favorite "judge" show, Texas Justice!
