They treat them no different than they do anyone else. Those same people cut people off in cars,trucks, anything. They pass everyone on yellow lines and they blow horns at everyone else also. If it looks like it will take a while before she can find a safe place or if at night a place that has light then tell her to call 911 and inform the operator what is happening so they can inform the police officer ( and it will let her know if this is a "real" police officer) that she intends to stop in a safe place. I saw a reporter checking out the window in a room on the same floor. While they did say the windows were old, what I found odd was not only would the window have to break( which looked like it would take some force to do) but the window was not a solid floor to ceiling window.
