I talked to daddy a little while ago, he wants me to wait on the test to come back and to see how involved the treatment will be. We are better off with me waiting, we have a really hard time when I have to leave him, he feels guilty because he doesn't want me to leave him, and I don't want to go back home. Not sure if that makes sense the longer I am there the harder it is on us both.

The prayers are appreciated, and hopefully it is God's will for dad to recover yet again.

Thank you girl, the prayers and the hugs are really helping keep my spirit up. This was the best speaker we have had so far, Mr. Cain is very inspirational and motivating. He was also very patient and generous seeing everyone that wanted to meet him today, he did not leave until the last person that wanted to shake his hand had done so. Pubby has a pic of me with Mr. Cain, not sure what he will do with it. He has video of JMT entertaining Mr. Cain with a magic trick. Pubby also has many hours of news footage to edit and script so we have to be patient

Thank you all so much it is a comfort to have the prayers, I believe in the power of prayer, and it helps put my mind at ease to know that it will help with whatever may happen with this episode. You have to try hard to maintain balance when a loved one has a chronic illness and the ups and downs you go through, your prayers are definitely helping me to do that.

I got a call yesterday morning that dad was back in the hospital. He woke up tuesdat with blood vessels bleeding out under his skin. They explained that this was a common form of bleeding for leukemia patients when thier platelets get very low. They explained this was different than the last episode when he was not producing clotting factor. The transfusion of blood did not bring his count up, so they started him on steroids, he is staying to monitor his blood suger and run more test, he supposedly is not in much danger or critical at this point.
