You see I am up,I woke up sneezing at 4:55 It usually does not last this long unless I am exposed to the source constantly. I can't figure out if I am being exposed. Usually the leaf mold is temporary, just when it is very windy.

Actually high doses of sea salt water is what finally cured my Lyme disease so I am a huge believer. My body is producing massive amounts of histamine, so I am thinking that the salt will kill the mold spores in my nasal cavities. I will give it a try. I am also going to try the Zyrtec early tomorrow.

I must have missed something all that is blowing is my nose. Off to check the tonk

Is a netti pot just steaming salt water? It looks like I may have to do a lot of trial and error on the meds. I just hate it, I hate taking drugs and side effects but I have got to be able to drive and function. I just can not believe how this is getting progressively worse.. Thank you for the list, I will try the ones I can get OTC first.

Not crazy, I still wash my bathroom floors like that every time. The kitchen floor gets cleaned with bleach and a rag once a month the lieberman mop in between. The hardwood floors get the mop with the special Armstrong cleaner(no streaks) I also mop my base boards every time I mop.

Ok the packaging with the pink pills said I could take 2, and I did. The sneezing has stopped but I feel really weird, like my brain keeps pausing

As you know I am constantly under Chiropractic care. This is the one and only allergy I have the symptoms are very bad. Almost like when someone is stung by a bee. We had this mold get in our Christmas things and had to throw them out. If I can't get it under control I don't know what I will do. I sneeze until I am like a drunk, I can't stand up, walk or catch my breath. I have never heard of others having it this severe but I am sure they are out there.
