My mother-in-law lives just north of Toronto... we always fly into Buffalo and rent a car there.. ALWAY cheaper. You will not make money on the US dollar anymore. Things are more expensive in Canada. The falls on the Canadian side are better. I have flown to Buffalo ....rented a car and drove to Toronto by myself. It's not a bad drive at all. I got a car with a GPS in it..and it worked great!

$100 a month for top of the line tanning.... not bad... considering she wouldn't have to go every stinking day and be in there for 30 minutes at a time! The next levels was $79, $59, $39 I've seen prices at other places (locally) where you had to buy 3 months at a time for $300?? Not super beds either.. I'll be going to a salon at Macland and PS Road or the one I used in Hiram last year...I don't do Smyrna..

I have a friend looking for a tanning salon in the general area of Windy Hill Road-Atlanta Road-City of Smyrna. They are new to the area and not very familiar with the streets so it can't be to far from there because they don't want to get lost and will be doing this on her lunch hour. So, do you know of any good tanning salons in that general area. I have searched online but not really coming up with anything. Please don't give me any for Atlanta or even out in Paulding..that is just to much for her.. She is needing something right there in that general area for now. TIA

Panties are not in a bunch..I'm just stating what I see. I have a nice rack that I work hard to maintain... The one thing I didn't want to lose when I started working out was to look like a woman.. not a woman with hard as rock muscles and bigger guns than most men. Oh and I didn't want to lose my boobs... and so far...so good! then again...I don't have kids... Hell, I go nuts over firemen... Google Crossfit Beginner....and watch the video's. ENUFF said. I spend $50 a week on a trainer that is also in the gym with me everyday to help me and guide me on other things to do outside of the training we do. Are all trainers like this...nope... but a good one is. He customized my diet and exercise for the type of results I was wanting. Best money I've spent!

It's not for beginners...period. You would really have to be able to fly through a boot camp style workout before you transfer to crossfit.. I workout and lift heavy...run...and do kickboxing and I have tried it... NO way!
