[Gunshots at Seven Hills leaves 47 year old Paulding man dead]

Traffic is being re-routed out of Seven Hills because of gun shots. What's going on?

A 47 year old man, Douglas Scott Piltcher of 50 Sugar Maple Lane Dallas, GA in Seven Hills subdivision is dead from a single shot to the chest. The shot was fired by Paulding County Deputies after Piltcher aimed a rifle at officers securing his home after an earlier exchange of gunfire.

 

Piltcher had barricaded himself alone in his home shortly before 2 p.m. March 1st and fired into the neighborhood. He then called 911 threatening suicide and when officers responded, he fired upon them even as negotiators were speaking with him on the phone. During the conversation the man indicated he was going to exit the house armed with a high-powered and scoped rifle. He did and when he aimed the rifle in the direction of officers a Paulding Deputy shot him one time in the chest.

 

He had no hostages and no one else was injured in the incident. The man was taken to Kennestone Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

 

As this is an officer involved shooting, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation will be conducting the investigation of the incident.

As far as your leftist statement publisher, there was multiple attacks against us from terrorists before Pres. Bush took command. I for one am glad we are standing up to it and seeking them out on their own soil.

[Cell Phone Service in Paulding]

I have SprintPCS now and the customer service is awful!!! The coverage is very spotty and I drop calls constently. I have been shopping around for different service providers ( my sprint phone died again) and it looks like Nextel may be winning me over right now.

I guess I have been pretty lucky when it comes to the landfill. Every time I go I have had someone friendly behind the counter help me. I have found them very personable and helpful.

I went there a couple of weeks ago with my wife and two kids. I thought the service was ok, food was ok, food wait was poor.

 

I think the order and pay at the front has some advantage. Especially if you become familiar with the menu. I always seem to have to wait a very long time to get my check from my server at the end of a meal, which is very hard with two small children who have had to sit still for 40-45 minutes already. The extra 15 minute wait is grueling. With pay at the front I can leave when I am ready, not when the server is ready.

Comercial property is completely different thing than industrial. Commercial prop. usually increases you prop. value. Industrial does the opposite. I feel that I would have a tough time getting my money back out of a prop. next to an industrial park. As far as the vote, that is obvious... residential.
