sorry NC I was totally of track with my post lol the answer to your question is if the child was old enough to talk and ask me for help then yes I would get involved, if the child could not not talk and was screaming I guess I would just keep an eye on the child to see what the problem was. but the whole problem with that is now days you just don't know the difference between a screaming kid who maybe in trouble or a screaming kid that just wants a toy.

since we are talking about getting involved I really wanted to get involved the other night: My husband and I went out to eat at a local restaurant there was a couple there (maybe in there early 30's) who had 2 kids, those kids were up on the table dancing and jumping up and down, they were about 3 and 5 years old. my husband just looked at me and shook his head, I just looked at the couple and shook my head.. the kids were playing and screaming and jumping on the dining table and the parents or baby sitters or who ever was supposed to be in charge of those kids was just sitting th
