  1. And in Foxmeister's world, cops who are accused of wrong doing are innocent regardless of the facts and evidence that is suppressed. All cops are good even the "good cops" that don't keep the bad cops in check. In a courtroom, what the police say is the "truth" regardless of the evidence or the supposed impartiality of the judge. I was born at night, it just wasn't last night.
  2. Are you saying what I just said isn't true? One black guy agrees with you and 9 don't, does that make the one guy an authority? You are friggin' hilarious. Whenever black people say exactly what you want to hear you never go looking for someone to counter what is said. But if they don't say what you want to hear, you will find that needle in a haystack and parade him around as a champion.
  3. Do you know what hidden racism is? Usually enforcement of the HOA rules are selective. Had it been a frat party they probably would have overlooked any disturbance. Most HOAs are just that, fraternities and cliques. If you are in the clique you can violate association rules with complete immunity. Being white doesn't guarantee admittance into the clique but being black pretty much guarantees your exclusion. So how do they keep blacks from using the pool and other amenities? They simply fine them for some "HOA violation" that members of the clique do all of the time and don't get fined
  4. Figured you might need a laugh this morning TP.
  5. Actually, your the race baiter. Your previous topic illustrates that. 83% of crime against white people is committed by other white people. Shouldn't white on white crime be a concern? Is it from the divorce rate? Is it from the music they listen to? 5 black gangs in LA show up at a bar with 100 weapons, how long do you think it takes for the police to come in riot gear and shoot off tear gas? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mGXbZHJFb8
  6. Look at that! MrsHoward finds the needle in the haystack. If there is an exception to the rule she will find it. So tell me, what can we learn from the others? Or is the exception the rule all thereis with no need to give the others any publicity? What are their criminal records and drug habits? 9 people dead, 18 injured and at least 170 arrested and this is all you can find? The lone black guy? Of the 170+ arrested, they are going to let many of them off on reduced charges because the county can't afford to prosecute them? Think they'd let a 170+ black people go that were shooting at pol
  7. 170 plus arrested, 9 people dead and no one is called a thug or an animal by the "liberal" media? The gang members exchange gun fire with police and no one goes for a "rough ride". Other gang members are allowed to sit on the curb and wait to be arrested? Scary times in Waco.
  8. Punishment clearly didn't fit the crime. Unless you are saying that all DUI arrests should result in being killed in custody. That means LE has a lot of killing to do here in Paulding.
  9. Is there anything wrong with the police response to these two situations? What role does race play if any? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKGZnB41_e4
  10. When a decorated veteran dies in police custody, needlessly, something is entirely wrong. I'm just sick anticipating the responses some of you will give regarding this incident and death. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sStn0B23B4I
  11. No it's not the IRS either. It's another government agency... 2.5 Billion in cash without warrants or indictmnts since 2001. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PDNfzF2E_oU
  12. Yup... assume they are all on welfare.
  13. This is a much needed investigation. It should put LE on notice around the country until Jeb gets elected and shuts it down.
  14. The game in question was not the Super Bowl. It was the game against the Ravens that the Patriots could easily have lost. What is required in this instance is a preponderance of evidence, which is to say "more than likely". You would be better served to say all of the teams do it. You have noticed few if any of the other owners are crying foul.
  15. Depending on the ref, he could have deflated balls. Who is going to tell Belichik and Brady their balls are deflated and still be working the next week?
  16. You can literally break a finger catching a frozen ball. A deflated ball is easier to handle all the way around. This creates an advantage for one offense over the other. It would probably be best if both teams used the same balls. It works that way in the NBA and MLB.
  17. He took it on the chin and didn't shoot anyone. +1 for him.
  18. There is a difference between having the ball flipped to you between plays and having to throw or catch a brick in freezing weather.
  19. Neither I nor you can point out an instance where you even hinted that the victim should have his day in court. The fact that you are willing to look the other way and find excuses for police officers that had a healthy individual die in their custody is implication enough.
  20. It's un-American that you think Americans should be killed in the street without having their day in court. The legal process will continue for the living but it is over for the dead. If the knife were illegal I guess the guy didn't deserve his day in court and the police should have just killed him. No tortured him and then killed him. Do we even know the knife was his or was it planted? Lets ask him, oh wait, he's dead.
  21. There were parallel investigations and the conclusions were the same. The knife was legal under Maryland law for weeks and now suddenly it's not? The attorneys that filed the motion haven't even seen the knife. This is just a sideshow tactic to muddy the waters for people like you that will grasp for straws.
  22. Oh right, may be next time we could ask the next victim to convenience everyone with advance notice of his death so the proper permits can be applied for and approved.
