My home computer is running extra slow...what do i need to do? Is their a program i can download for free to help? Or a good free spyware? I have whatever comes with comcast but it ALWAYS says its not updated and then when i try to open it to update it does nothing but freeze. I should have fast internet....but it isn't.

She's 17 months, but VERY active. She takes her two naps a day (i don't like to put the tv on while she is going to sleep, i don't want her to have to depend on it, but she sleeps well without it) She is so active she won't sit still through a book. I want to do something fun with my daughter saturday. I thought about getting a roll of paper and some paint and taking her outside and letting her do that....BUT im thinking that may be a little mature for her .LOL. What is something that would be as much fun but that is suitable for her? Something cheap preferably.
