Rev. W. F. "Bill" Byrd, author of the book on Paulding entitled "Reflections", a retired Methodist minister, WWII Veteran, a local businessman and a long time supporter and director of the Paulding County Historical Society died suddenly Sunday during services at the Dallas First United Methodist Church. Byrd was 83, born on January 12, 1922 in Paulding.
Rev. Byrd is at Benson Funeral Home and visitation will be Tuesday and Wednesday nights 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. and the funeral will be Thursday at Dallas First United Methodist Church at 1:30 p.m. Internment will be at the Dallas City Cemetery with the Rev. Dick Harris presiding.
I know this is delayed but i used to be a waitress at western sizzlin. Mr. Byrd used to come in all the time. I am in shock to find this out 2 years later.

Debate away, I'm all up for that. Just don't question my standing as a role model. You don't personally know me or know the countless hours I volunteer each week for our youth.
As for being an appearance issue. No one is taking issue with her shaving her head. I actually loved Sinead O'conner and Demi Moore with shaved heads, I thought they were even more beautiful.
The issue (not that there is even an issue) is that this just looks like one more step on the Brittney Spears collision course.
I wasn't trying to question you as a role model. I was just making a point.

You are correct, and I am a role model to many of our youth in Paulding County. I would not teach my boys nor condone "Poking fun" of others.
So, I've put myself in her shoes and concede that It's unfair to poke fun.
Your turn, .... how would you deal with her drinking, partying, hooching it up, showing her under regions to the world... while her very young children were at home. Her own mother can't even get through to her.
That i agree with you on but that is a moral issue, not an appearance issue.
I do want you to know that i am not trying to argue with you, just debating.

I said the same thing about your post......
dang
I have to assume you didn't read the whole post or you would see that i was replying to a previous statement and you would know what i was talking about.
-
I'm sorry but you aren't really making sense to me...? What are you talking about?
-
What?

Poking fun is just as bad. You shouldn't poke fun. Someone said she is a role model for children. So are you..do you want your kids or whoever looks up to you "just poking fun" at people. That is what causes suicide and other unspeakable things.

I agree. That is why i say to leave her alone and let her do what she wants. God forbid anything bad happens i blame the media. Same with Anna Nicole, i think had the media not been all over her she would still be alive.

Everyone is so hyped up with celebrity lives.

Sounds like he is driving on a suspended license also. I have heard so many traffic stops where the licenses are suspended and these people are out driving anyway. I guess they don't care.
That is ridiculous! They need to crack down on that. Are they at the scene right now? Was he drinking or just another freak accident...we have had too many of those lately...
-
They have not said. I will let you know if they specify.
Please do. Thank you so much...

A red F250 just plowed through a cemetary and landed in a yard at 54 Chester Harris Dr.
Subject got out of truck and started to leave the scene, but turned around and went back to his truck.
There is damage done to the cemetary.
Do you know what part of the cemetary is damaged? My granny is buried there...
