It did, thank you. I kind of let it go after I did what i thought was best to take care of it. I have just been unhappy every since about 6 months after our new manager started, he has now been here 3 years and it doesn't look like that's going to change. I just can't continue to be this unhappy in my workplace so I figured I could atleast start searching again.

What sites are the best and most reliable when looking for a job?

I just replied to her in a respectful manner (if you don't reply to an email in this place you may as well of commited murder, it's insane)It's that whole "just let them know you're working on it" mentality regardless of the situation. Our email system will let you look to see if the email was opened if it was sent to someone within the company. Normally, i could definitely let it go , but one if i don't reply she will go to someone above me about me not replying, and then it's me that's in trouble. And two, this wasn't just a little bicker session from her, her actions were completely uncalled for .

I would copy and paste it but you never know who is on this board and she could be so i don't want to take the chance.

I wish i had a boss I could rely on ...if i did i would send it to him in a heart beat. But i kid you not when i say he is no help. There is no point in even having him here. And i think that is the point that frustrates me so much, of course the email does but the fact that i have noone to go to makes it that much worse

So,I come in in a great mood this morning .......until i open a email from a "coworker" (she works in a different building so i have never met her face to face), this email was the rudest thing I have encountered in my 7 1/2 years in my job. My issue, my manager is the MOST nonconfrontational person i have ever known IN MY LIFE. So, i have noone to go to. Is there someone in my HR office that I should be able to approach with this to get it taken care of? I am going to reply back to her simply saying simply "I apologize and will work to improve my performance to suit her needs. " I am biting

I am trying to get a few ideas of healthy sweets and snacks i can have while trying to lose weight. I found apples with peanut butter and strawberries with dark chocolate, both of which i plan to try. Any other suggestions? I know alot of you have your own personal combinations.

Is there an AMC or Regal in Cartersville? I wish they would put one somewhere closer to Hiram. Anyhoo, I am planning a date night for saturday. We are going to Folks to eat (bc i can get gift cards through work payroll deduct) and then to the movies (also payroll deduct ) so I was trying to find an AMC or REGAL in cartersville so we can eat in hiram and then go to the movies in cartersville (very close to home) but the AMC site is froze and won't let me look at the locations. Anyone know?

The base of my head right above my neck, on the right. I haven't had a soda today, and thought that may be it (im trying to drop them) but it just hurts to bad to be that. Of course im no expert. But i have had headaches before when i didn't have caffeine but it was nothing like this.

Does anyone have anything that will work to get rid of a tension headache other than pills? I took excedrin migraine and it hasn't touched it. It hurts so bad i have already teared up several times. I can't even move or it makes it worse. Please, any suggestions would REALLY be appreciated.
