frustrated

I was playing in the ice with the kids last week. I had a sled in my hands looking for a slippery spot to slide on. I saw the road was covered with ice and decided to run and see if it was slick. IT WAS!! I fell flat on my head without breaking my fall. After 2 trips to the ER I found out I had pulled the muscle that connects my head to my neck completely off the back of my skull! Not to mention the concussion. DUH! Next time I see ice I'm just going to assume that its slippery.

Tasteless and not even funny!

It was unbelievable how many people were there. So many people waited hours outside in the rain just to get in to pay their respects. Thanks so much to everyone for your prayers. This family really needs them. RIP Caleb, we will miss you!

I agree! We should all do this, take a picture and start a forum called "Town Idiots". If the police won't do anything maybe we can shame them into stopping.

I had both Netflix & Blockbuster. Very happy with both, however, blockbuster has a larger selection of movies. We on avg get 6 movies a week w/blockbuster for $18 a month. Can't beat it!

Man standing at a crosswalk notices a dog. He turns to the man beside him and asks "Excuse me Sir, does your dog bite?". The man says "no". He reaches down to pet him and the dog ate him up. The owner of one of the houses I clean uses the removable canister bissel. I've always thought it worked GREAT. She has 2 indoor dogs and a cat. It picks up the hair very well. I got a Bissel Powerforce for christmas and was surprised at how well it works. I had to empty it after using it on 2 rooms. I would recommend it. The lift off one is convenient when it comes to stairs but if you don't have any I'd recommend the POWERforce. I think it picks up better but I don't have pets in the house.

This exact thing happened to a friend of mine. Her nephew filled it with change. The company told her to send it in and they would fix it for $60. She packaged it up but never sent it in. Not sure why. At least your lil one wasn't the first to think it would be fun to stick $ in there. Sorry and good luck!

I love this time of year but I always dread the Christmas Story marathon. That movie was cute the first million times I watched it. Now I can't stand to see it on the program guide. What do you dread during the season?

I would rather get one from a restaurant. That way I know I would use it for myself rather than buying something for the kids with it.
