The list is from 1996, surely some of these products have been changed. And DDT hasn't been used in 30 years. Also the last thing is they are selling laundry detergent.

A minimum wage of not less than $4.25 an hour is permitted for employees under 20 years of age during their first 90 consecutive calendar days of employment with an employer. Employers are prohibited from taking any action to displace employees in order to hire employees at the youth minimum wage. Also prohibited are partial displacements such as reducing employees’ hours, wages, or employment benefits. -

But LPPT keeps saying the problem with part time work is that employers are allowed to pay $1 less. I have not been able to find anything in writing to substantiate her claim -

"I wonder what they think of the Georgia minimum wage for part time being 5.25 an hour." I still have not found this anywhere. I have looked everywhere on the DOL website. -
