In the almost 4 yrs we've lived in this house,we've always gotten a check back because our escrow account is always over....but this year Our escrow account was -$545 because our HO insurance went up $450 and our property taxes went up almost $100.Our HO insurance has only gone up less than $100 total in the almost 4 yrs we've been with them,so I can't understand the $450 jump,they couldn't give me a good reason either so we told them Bye Bye!
