  1. Man... There are just sooo many things I could say about this. But I'll behave for now... Pubby!!! where is the zipper mouth Emote?
  2. I never said no jobs were added. I said few jobs were added. You need to learn to read. I also stated in the article exactly what you stated but ONLY Jughaid was right in the ariticle. How is it that I was wrong when you agreed with Jughaid and you and I said the same exact thing? Hmmm
  3. That my son's teacher told her, the state of Georgia will be dropping health care for teachers. Has anyone else heard about this. I hope it is a misunderstanding.
  4. From the referenced topic... And I thought you said EVERYONE that posted in it but Jughaid was wrong. But maybe I was being too optimistic about your guy on the 2 years before we start seeing a job recovery.
  5. Yep, those bills are for you, me and most working people to pay. Then we get the privilidge of paying for those who do not want to pay, in the form of higher bills, insurance and higher taxes. Just so they can take a $700 "taxi ride" to the hospital to birth a baby that they knew was coming for about 8 months but yet could not find the person or money to take them to the hospital when the time came.
  6. I have a few questions for you ST. Did we have a slower rate of business closing in 2010 than in the previous 2 years? Did the rate of layoffs begin to slow in 2010? When do you expect real job growth will begin?
  7. LPPT I have only posted about my dealings with them. No accusations, just 1st hand personal experience. And it was not all bad either. If they do not want me to give out my personal bad experience, then maybe they should have at the very least said " be with you in a second" and then if not that then at least call me back when I requested it. I just find that rude and unacceptable behavior for a company like that. But Then again, I have never had bad dealings with the field personel or Mr. Clark himself, that I know of.
  8. My daughter was a non emergency transport to Paulding Hospital resulting from a fall on the playground. She got the wind knocked out of her. I was already on my way there from the fire station when the school called me back and said "we really want to go ahead and send her in by ambulance". As I was not there, I Ok'd it. I got a bill for $720 for a glorified taxi ride. All they did was monitor vitals. No bandages, no oxygen, no nothing. But she did not need any of that either. But still $720 for a ride to Paulding from Ritch?!?
  9. Clark is the contracted ambulance service for Paulding 911. They get paid just to do that plus per diem. I am unfamiliar with unlimited fuel. It might be part of their contract with the county.
  10. My experience with them and their crews. I find the crew very nice and easy going. Capable but maybe not "top notch" in my book. Remember I deal with ambulance crews all the time and have had personal dealings with them also. A top Notch company is Puckett. I have notified the schools to specifically call them should something happen to my kids. That is my personal opinion though. As far as the office staff, I have dealt with one lady that is probably the nicest / most professional person there. as far as the other lady and male supervisor, I have no use for them. I stood at/infront of his
  11. I would no more blame PIBO than Bush. The Blame falls squarely on the House and on the Senate. Mostly the house though as they control spending and budget. But then again The Dems have had control of the house since 2006. And they had it for most of the years prior to the mid 90's. But during most of those years they did not have the ability to just brush aside the GOP as they do right now. So Yep, a good bit of this mess falls on the GOP as well. Going back to the Presidents though, Neither one was, has or is doing their job by keeping them (Congress) in check either.
  12. Yep servatude to your king can be great if you have a really good king. Too bad I do not like being told what, where and when I can do things. Also all those that live off the government and sit on their buts won't be able to do that. That great king will surely find something for them to do, even if it is just making little rocks from big ones. But maybe I missed the point you were trying to make.
  13. Terrible news. But maybe this will help. I saw where Cobb needs bus drivers. Sign was at Bullard Elem Old Stilesboro @ Stilesboro.
  14. Looks like a you to me there. And yes, there are some conservatives out there that are playing politics just like you always do. But in this case, I do not think The General was. I think they were just commenting on the really bad day. Otherwise they would have put it in the PF. And I do not think TG frequents it. And no I do not think they are. While there have been good gains in the markets that is derived mostly from the knowledge that the banks are not going to fail. Plus the fact that they are running really "lean" and are bulking up their cash status. Both of which lead to good
  15. So let us hear you say it in reference to post #23 and the question I asked in #24, seeing how you edited out your reply in #25... "I Stercus Tauri was WRONG when I tried to belittle you Dis." Come on you can do it. And No, You didn't hear me Bash on the Dems at any time in this post now did you? The market has ups and downs. duh. But I will say here and now, the market as a whole is not too happy with the policies / actions of the Dems as of late. But good news will in general boost it while bad news tanks it. What is of even more importance is how the business world thinks the
  16. 9/1 = 254 9/24 = 197 10/5 = 193 and a couple of 150 ish days. I guess it is you that can't read a chart.
  17. Did you go to the link at all?
  18. And even a sub artic IQ can grasp the concept that no one has said anything for 55 days. During which time there were even more big loses and there were other big gains. I did not see you point out any of the loses. I did see you suddenly tout a good day. Me thinks that you were only trying to start something, and I called you on it.
  19. 90 day close chart Like I said, Some really good days and some really bad days. Worthy of trying to make a political statement off a 55 day old topic?
  20. And me pointing that out to you was not the attack you percieved it to be. Let's see what would happen if I commented on a 55 day old post. I'm sure YOU would be quite quick to point it out and make some derrogatory comment about me not being able to keep up with things. Why Am I not surprised either. But I was quite clear on the point you were so feabily trying to make. After all I do get a monthly and quarterly statement of my investments and their earnings / losses.
  21. And what EXACTLY is wrong with pointing out there were 55 days between the last post and yours? I'm sure there have been some big swings and little swings in both directions in those 2 months. Say... Just how stupid are you ST?? You have to see demons and attacks behind every post. Get a grip on reality why don't you.
  22. Ummm... I did last year. I thought everyone did that. The system we have now beats the living crap out of the mess we had before. All tags expired together and we had a staggered renewal date based on last name that covered only 3 months. Just try to imagine everyone in metro Atlanta all renewing their tags over 3 months.
  23. Do not misunderstand me, I gladly paid my tag and tax with the $35 extra fee. I will do it for my wife's vehicle too. I do not think I pay too much for being able to use our roads for a year. My point was the shortsightedness of the government. They took something that was optional and subjected it to an extra fee while the "standard tag" does not pay it. In today's economy most people do not care enough about their prestige tags to pay the extra money. So they just turn them in and go with the regular tag with no extra fees. Now the government does not get the extra money they wanted AND they
