That would put it under PIBO's watch passed under a Dem congress not Bush's but also with a Democratic Congress in his las 2 years. So the current administration increases the annual deficit amount, in 1 year, by more than what the other administration did in 8 years by 2 to 1. I would never write a speeding citation for less than 15 mph over. 10 is required for Radar but over 15 is "points" on a license. As a side note for the renters. I would have a form stating that absolutely no insurance is provided for their belongings. Further that you have explained the ramifications of them not having "renter insurance".
