Laws should not "benefit" anyone over another. All laws should be equal in the benefits or protection that they provide. ie. murder laws are meant to protect all citizens / residents/ visitors within our borders from malicious harm from another. Many here would argue the unfairness of our tax system as well. Too many people do not pay. Many of those actually get paid back more than they put in. I have even posted a way for the current system to be revamped in a way that would greatly reduce healthcare costs to those that pay/ have insurance and shift the costs of the others to a secific area that can be better addressed and handled.
