I can see the students being made to make restitution for the damage cause or cleaning the cafeteria for the rest of the year, maybe some ISS/OSS but criminal charges? This seems a bit excessive.

I didn't have a problem with it. The pastor being a cheap skank is one thing but the smart ass remark the pastor left on the check sealed the deal for me. I delivered pizza's for Domino's and delivered food for a sandwich shop in college. Delivering food in the middle of the winter in Buffalo NY sucked. Well, that's the point I was trying to make before. A pedophile will go through every effort to appear "normal" to escape scrutiny. However, an out gay person, already knowing they would be scrutinized, would make every effort to behave ethically.
