  1. I used them and still use them. They are easy especially when you fix something your little one won't eat. I usually buy alot at a time when they are on sale and I use coupons from Gerber.

  2. I wonder how necessary this is. I am one of the lucky home that is right across the street from that big power thing behind JCs auto repair. I hate it. It is loud and obnoxious. I feel like an idiot for moving into that house knowing that power stuff was right across the street. I wonder if there are any health affects being that close.

  3. I have heard rumors that I don't want to repeat. I have also had a very bad personal experience with a doc that is currently there, again not going to call the doc out. But if you are happy with the docs there then go there. My son is almost 2 and the next time he needs to go to the doc, hopefully not soon, we are going to where Holly is at in Austell. I think the office will be much better soon, but I wouldn't expect the docs that are there now to stay there. So don't be surprised. Sometimes the docs need to change.

  4. What are you rewarding him with? If it is candy..No wonder he is saying he has to go when he really doesn't  3 years was the magic number with all 3 of mine..Boys would PP at age 2 but not the other till they turned 3..Daughter wouldn't have any part of it at all..Then maybe a month or so before she turned 3 she started and was fully trained in both areas by age 3. :good:

He sometimes has gotten candy and sometimes just a happy mommy dance and claps. He gets to flush the PP and says Bye Bye. He likes to do that.

  5. This topic may need to be moved, but I am not sure. Anyway, my 20 month old son has being going PP on the potty since Tuesday. Bascially we ask if he needs to go, he says yes, he goes and we reward him. I don't think he can "hold it" yet or know when he has to go. But I figure this is a good start, opportunity and reward. When he sat there last night and never went he was upset, I told him it is okay that he doesn't always have to PP and if he can't go that is fine.

So my question is, What is the next step? He is not ready for underware or anything, like I say he doesn't really understand the concept.

  6. I'll go look in the attic for mine. It is 1.5 years old and used about twice. My baby hated it. He would cry in it and arch his back to get out. I was very surprised by this because most of my friends kids loved the bumbo. I'll go look for mine and let you know.

  7. I just left Scarlet Indulgence and I bought 2 purses and a wallet. This was my first time shopping there. The store is super cute! And the owner Scarlet is very sweet and was extra nice to my son. Thanks so much and I can't wait to go back!

  8. I was in the market for a new lawn mower, had already picked it out and there was 2 stores in Hiram with them. The first is big orange, but when I got there theres had a smaller engine, a 22 hp as to 24 hp at the other place for the same price.

I talked to them but they were not willing to reduce the price, exact same product except for the motor size. I told them I would rather go to the tractor store and get the bigger engine if I had to pay the exact same price and they was ok with that.

Makes you wander why they are having to lay off so many people.

Curious for business purposes, what was the brand of the mower?

  9. I don't buy stuff off the side of the street and I don't hand out money to panhandlers. If you give them money then more and more people will start doing it and with the eco it will just get worse. It is dangerous for them to be in the road and it is annoying to hold up traffic and what if when I offer them money and they grab my arm and pull me out of the car. You just never know. But anyway, just keep your money to yourself or to your friends/family. If you are going to help others, donate to a reputable charity. Nobody should be on the side of the road asking for money.

  10. I understand that there can't be an open policy where nobody is held accountable. It is just sad $1,000 overdue bill cost him his life. He must not of had family, maybe he couldn't drive.....I just wish they power people would have re-evaulated his case. I wonder if he had called 911 what they would have done.

WSB "The device limits power reaching the home and blows out if more than allowed is drained. Power is not restored until the device is reset.

City Manager Robert Belleman said he doesn't know if anyone explained to Schur how to use the device.

  11. he died while the money for the bills was clipped to the bills and sitting on the table.

how is this the city's fault?

I think it is irresponsible for the city to turn power off to an elderly mans house when it is freezing outside. Look what happened....it killed him.

  12. I think this is ridiculous and I hope the city is faulted. He is 93 years old for God's sake, give him a break. Before you do something like that, the city needs to have a meeting with the home owner and decide if it would be detrimental to someones life. He died for $1,000.

  13. Are you in an area with a noise ordiance or a law pertaining to barnyard animals? It is not as tho it is a dog or domestic animal causing the noise.

    I don't know I work in Woodstock.
