I had a baby in December and while I was on maternity leave I was laid off. It was bitter sweet because I didn't want to go back to work. Well now we can make ends meet but we don't have money for dinners out or too many fun things to do on the weekends and we are going stir crazy...so dh thought I should come up with ideas of free or cheap things to do on the weekend with a baby...so I am asking for ideas and I am sure this could help others too....

In June I would like to have my daughter's picture taken, I want the famous naked baby pictures...I was wondering if anyone here takes those and how much I would need to save for them...

When can they start selling on Sunday's? I know we will now have a lot more tax dollars in our county now that some chain resturants can open up and sell beer on Sundays! Think of the sports bars and how happy they are today! Beer and football go hand in hand!

Has anyone else noticed that their outgoing voicemail messages have disappeared? Or when you call someone you know had an outgoing message they don't anymore?

That is why our dogs do not sleep with us...they keep us up. Plus I think they are more comfy in there own areas at night...

I am so sorry for your loss. When I miscarried I thought that the world was ending and I was going to be like my mom. She had 8 all together, her issue was hormonal as well. I really hope your doctor can find out what happened to your baby. Take care of yourself and your family!

Geez when did this become slam Georgia fans thread...sorry guys you are right we did lose to some weak teams when all our boys were puppies. Now they have grown up and have to play the HARDEST schedule out of any team in the country you can all shut up if we win them all.
Georgia has a great team and a great coach. Yup there are a few other teams this year that do too, however at least we beat our MAC team without ever being behind. Can't really say the same about The Ohio State University can we.

I was in Michigan on a business trip. It was horrible I was so far away from my family. I was so far away from a TV and I was with another sales rep. His wife invited me over to their house that night because I was all alone.
I was staying at a hotel that was on the river that separated Michigan from Canada and I will never forget laying in bed that night watching all the trucks lined up with nowhere to go.

Wow my tort has been acting like a crazy lady recently too. Another cat would be a bad idea in my house as she HATED our cat who died a few years ago. I think I got her hooked on treats and now she screams and yells for them. She is crazy!

SACS is tough... I know EPHS has been audited several times from SACS..
They pick sertain schools and it always seemd like PCHS and EPHS was picked. LOL
we hated when they came to the schools...
I am glad that they are tough. In fact they should tougher. Georgia public schools are not up to the standards of other states.

I would not go without one! I bought the 35 dollar one and it is great. 50spf you can't get that with an umbrella. If you are going to be out all day I would suggest it. Plus the beach umbrella's always fall down! Better safe than sorry IMO!
