Yeah, I wear glasses all the time because my eyes are terrible! I'm so used to them being on my face that I've caught myself in the shower with them on! When I take them off for any reason I constantly reach up to push them back on my nose or adjust the arms on my ears. Weird...

Okay...here's my opinion. I just saw a story on Channel 2 news about how the new Georgia immigration laws have caused a shortage of 5,200 farm laborers. Farms are going under and the agriculture business is in trouble because of this. I think the Georgia DOL and Welfare Departments should tell folks who are drawing unemployment or welfare benefits that they have to work at these farms in order to keep their State benefits. Of course this wouldn't apply to people who are disabled and can't work. The pay they get from the State would be equal to the difference between whatever they're paid

Yes, you can do it! My daughter is in her last semester of grad school and has the same situation you have. She's a wife, mom and has a full time job as a RN at a hospital. Hubby and I have both had to do this for the past few years with both of our employers. It has nothing to do with Obamacare and everything to do with people fraudulently covering dependents. Companies are trying to save $$$ on employee insurance coverage everywhere they can.

I'm so sorry. I worked with Slim and know what a super nice guy he was. He was always "up to something", too. I remember when we moved into our new building each cubicle had the phone number posted on the doorway. I came in to work one morning to find "for a good time call" written above the phone number on my cube. Didn't take me long to figure out Slim was behind that! He came around a little while after I got to work and was cracking up about it. Thought he was so funny. Please know that you and your family will be in my prayers.

Mine are 35 and 28. There were alot of things I was told to do with my oldest that had already changed by the time my 2nd one was born. With #1 I was told he should sleep on his tummy. By the time #2 came along that was changed to "put her on her side to sleep". Best I can recall car seats didn't have expiration dates. I used the same car seat for both of them.

On Monday afternoon 2 ladies came to my door. They said they were with Bankers Life Insurance Co. and wanted to talk to hubby about his medicare/social security benefits since he was turning 65 this year. They had his name but the age was wrong. When I told her he wasn't turning 65 she acted like she didn't believe me. She was very pushy but never got violent or nasty. I would just like to know where they got their info from? We've never done business with Bankers Life. I wonder if this guy the OP is referring to is maybe working for the same company and they're canvassing Paulding Coun
