Did I read that you had a buyer's agent working for you but that person was out of town this week? And are you saying you're going to contact the listing agent directly? If that's what I understand you should proceed with caution. I am surprised your agent didn't have someone take over the business while he/she is out of town. You just don't want to talk to the listing agent because that person doesn't represent you and you could tip your hand without realizing it. I do wish you luck. I know sometimes the process can be frustrating.

If the property was a short sale and the second mortgage that was on it refused to give in, it will foreclose. You'll simply have to keep watching the property for it to be listed as a foreclosure. Most likely with another Broker than has the current listing. The foreclosure process can be difficult in regards to the amount of time it takes to receive approval from the bank holding the current loan. I have no dog in this fight and really don't agree that the OP has a legitimate complaint. That said, to the OP, Fisher and Phllips in Atlanta is the best labor law firm I know. I know two people that are employed there. If you want the info, PM me. You do have rights in the work place.

We used to have regular meet and greets at my karaoke shows at CPs and later MacFarlane's. I even hosted a Pcom Halloween Party. I've done the last two parties for LPPT's birthday. Everyone has always been invited to all of those events. I'm game for donating services for a Pcom party anytime. I'll work for tips. Let's plan it. It just has to be some place that allows alcohol.
