And I was nearly in a bad accident myself on the detour route. I was on the West side of the three way stop at Butler Industrial turning North towards Bus. 6. There was a red pick up truck approaching from the North but was probably 150 feet from the intersection, and I pulled out. I did have time to get into my lane of travel when I notice the late teens to early twenty something driver of the red pick up never even slowed for his stop sign. Blew right through it. Just for fun I went to eppraisal.com knowing I wouldn't get an accurate number. I know this from past experience. These are my results. Eppraisal $128,039 Zillow $79,600 I know darn well my house is worth approximately $100k in this market based on current sold comparables. Thankfully I still have equity at that price. But you can see that the amounts are nearly $50k apart. This should prove what I've already said about the best way to evaluate market price for your home.
