This is why I'm not a parent. I'd tell her to get dressed. If she wasn't dressed by the time we needed to leave, I'd take her to school in whatever she had on at the time. She'd better hope she was at least wearing PJ's. I have no patience for children. Those of you with children amaze me at what you have to put up with.

I do too. And not because I care about small children, but because I don't want a ticket. Those tickets are expensive. I HATE when people ride your ass in a school zone. It really ticks me off.

I sold mine last year to a shop in Villa Rica for $130. It was well worth me doing it. I LOVED high school. I had a blast and would do it all again in a heartbeat. BUT, the ring had been in a jewelry box for 17 years. I wasn't going to wear it again and I have no children to pass it down to. I figured I'd rather have the money than the ring. I just wish I had waited until now. Gold was a little cheaper last year. LOL

I will admit. I did not get the decorating gene. We can't all be interior designers. I also need to say thanks to you all. You've made me laugh today. I didn't post this because I was looking for pity or praise. I just needed to get it out of my system and yet y'all have made my day in spite of my intent. That's cool... As Patsy Cline said in a concert appearance, "...you'll never know how happy you've made this ol' country gal."

I had a blast at the two I've been to. My 10 year was awesome. We weren't going to do a 15 year but then Facebook came along so everyone wanted to get together and we had a 16 year last October. I had a blast at that party too, what little I remember of it. My $65 bar tab that didn't feature food of any type and being thrown out of the bar and the terrific hangover I had the next day all lead me to believe I had a hell of a good time. I say go. You might surprise yourself. I will recommend laying off the Jagermeister, unless you don't want to remember it.

OMGs...you are cracking me up. My uncle had some nice things to say about you as well. And let me tell you that's a real compliment when he gives it.
