    I like Free Lunch Friday -- As a consumer it gives me a chance to try out local resturants to see if it would be somewhere I would want to take my family. Miami Spice was sooooooo good!!!

     

    I have made some great contacts too. I know who to call when I need something now!!!

    My neighbor has a limb fall out of a tree in her yard and take out part of her neighbors chain link fence!!!

     

    My BIL lives near Allatoona High School. He just had a tree fall and land in the passenger seat of his truck.

     

    wow -- glad he wasn't in it!!!

     

    We live near there and we are having BAD BAD winds -- Almost time to go to the basement!!!

    and they still accept rite aid and walgreens coupons?

     

    *may have to change my shopping habits*

     

    As of last week they did -- Going Sun or Mon so I will let you know!!!!

     

    Bryan Jewell is the manager there and he is GREAT -- He loves to see how much a save -- He says hey, I would rather honor your coupons and have you come to my store than to refuse your coupons and you go to Kroger or somewhere else!

    which publix do you shop? the one at lost mountain and the one at brookstone stopped taking the rite aid and walgreens coupons some time ago.

    I go to the one at Seven Hills Blvd. and Cedarcrest Rd. in the Crossroads area!

    I just kinda dump and pour -- but here is what I use

     

    1 can diced tomatoes

    1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies

    small onion

    salt to taste

    pepper to taste

    a couple squirts of lemon juice

    garlic to taste (if I don't have minced or whole garlic I use garlic powder)

     

    I have a Magic Bullet that I make mine in now -- I use to use the blender ---

     

    I just put it all together pulse for a min or two and VIOLA --

     

    Sometimes I put jalapenos in it if I want it hotter

    I tried to set up my MIL wireless router last night and hit a problem.

     

    She doesn't have a DSL modem -- She was told her neighborhood was hard wired?

     

    When setting it up it asked if you were connected thru a modem or gateway -- HELP I don't know what she is connected thru.

    we've got one that comes through, quite irregularly.

     

    am i the only person who thinks that being an ice cream man is the creepiest front ever for a pedophile?

     

    Nope I agree -- what a weird thing to be --

     

    Back during the Atlanta Child Murders (when I was little) my mom wouldn't allow me to get icecream for the them -- she just knew the person killing all the little non caucasian boys (I am white) in ATL was an ice cream man!!! lol

     

    Boy was she wrong!
