yes i was there until the state patrol left. i am not trying to start anything on here just trying to set some of the facts straight. the owner did not leave the scene. once again hope chris will be ok.

the owner was not intoxicated. the boy got on the 4-wheeler and rode it down the road after being told not to leave the yard. i am sorry the boy got hurt but was not the owners fault. i do hope he will be ok. owner was not aware the boy was intoxicated owner had just pulled up in yard and left key in 4-wheeler. the owner ran about a mile up the road to check on the boy and was with him until the ambulance took him away. my prayers are with him and his family again hope he will be ok.

the owner of the 4-wheeler did not leave the scene he stayed there until the state patrol told him he could leave. he also did not move the 4-wheeler someone else moved the 4-wheeler b4 he got there. he was down the road. the person driving the 4-wheeler was also told by the owner not to drive 4-wheeler on the road was told to only ride it in the woods.
