I hate that someone came on here asking a question and others decided it was better to put her down. Last I checked no one knows her situation and hasn't walked a mile in her shoes so the criticism really doesn't help the issue. Who cares if tax payers fund it? I'd much rather pay taxes that fund GED classes than pay them to fund Welfare so some crackhead can sit at home, do drugs and buy fake Louis Vuitton purses. Education is never a bad thing no matter who foots the bill. Sadly, I believe a lot of places are looking to hire people for as cheap as possible. I'm sure they

Maybe it would be a good idea to take one of the spare keys and stash it in her purse or wallet? Purses usually have a zippered small inner pocket that would be a great place to put an extra key.

I completely understand. While it may have been pretty obvious (in terms of her less than motherly actions during the time her daughter was "missing") she played a role in the death of her daughter, there was not enough actual hardcore evidence to say without a doubt that she did do it. I still hate the outcome though. I guess because as a parent I can not see how she can be out partying while her daughter was missing.

On a moral level I thought it was wrong as well, but on a financial level I can see where it might make sense. Personally I don't think I could do it but until walking in his shoes I can't say for sure.

Just a few shout outs - Animal Control & Kim Cobb
MamaJess replied to MamaJess's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Lacey, I agree. Once you tell them you are going to call, you really have to. Otherwise they don't believe you and continue on. Same thing with kids Kim Cobb really does seem to care, she is a treasure for sure! -
Just a few shout outs - Animal Control & Kim Cobb

I was told by several people that I have/had every right to shoot the animal but I decided it was best for me (and my kids, my son came to my rescue with the air horn which the dogs are terrified of and sends them running, thanks to Pcommers for the suggestions!) to allow Animal Control the chance to take care of the situation. I hate the thought of killing an animal unless absolutely necessary. Though I will be sure I am protected with a gold club or something. Though its hard, I do try to remind myself it isn't the animals fault but the fault of the owner. -
:clapping: I applaud you! Peoples general disregard for others annoys me to no end.

Just a few shout outs - Animal Control & Kim Cobb

Thanks guys....any dog, no matter the breed, can be scary and evil looking when it is charging at you, hair along its back standing up, growling and barking. It not only does this to us when we are in our own yard but a fellow pcommer was over a few nights back and it did it to her as she was getting into her car. -
Kim Cobb....I just wanted to say I appreciate you being on here. You have been more than helpful in addressing any questions and concerns I have. You are far from selfish and a general joy to interact with. I appreciate your big heart and compassion. and to Paulding Animal Control..... THANK YOU! Some of you on here have been lucky (that was said in a sarcastic way ) enough to hear me whine and complain about my neighbors and their dog(s) that torment my neighborhood. It all started when they would let the dogs out as the kids were all getting off the bus. The dogs wo

If you are bothered by an animal running loose, take pictures of them and have them developed. Then go by animal control and file a complaint. It is hard for them to do anything about it without pictures because by the time they get out here, the animal is either gone or in its yard. The pictures are a great way of making sure the situation is taken care of.

Some have mentioned she is harassing and makes the streets unsafe......I tend to find the kids and other solicitors on the streets and at busy intersections to be much more harassing and guilty of causing unsafe conditions. Heck those people knocking at my door every Saturday with some church handout are much more harassing. That crap should be illegal.

Are they still filming? That movie looks like it might be interesting!

  So wait are you trying to tell me we'll be celebrating October 31st aka Halloween....on October 30th?

Ms. Jessie update - for those who wish to know
MamaJess replied to HawkeyeAngel's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I'm really disturbed over this whole thing. Throwing stuff at a disabled (be it physically or mentally) person makes as much sense and abusing an animal. And to top it off, she is older and not in the best health Poor excuse for a human being. May they never know what it is like to walk a day in Miss Jessie's shoes and have a jerk throw something at you. -

Poor Miss Jessie I can not believe some disgrace of a human being would throw something at her or any one with an obvious mental issue. People have no compassion.
