4 miles is three times around. I'm the super model in a fat girl body who walks so fast I might as well be running. And I'm only on my 5th day walking there, have been alone except this morning when I tried to kill my friend, lol!

Didn't I tell y'all about the very first time I went to the chiro 10 years ago & he said I needed to be naked for the adjustment?? How the hell was I supposed to know?? Oh well, I was adjusted naked. And this chiro was in hiram but has since packed up & left...

I've tried the couch to 5k thing but then I broke my leg and got fat & lazy. I found an app that I LOVE called Cardio Trainer.. it's free and awesome!!!! It can play your music from your phone while you are working out, has all kinds of work outs listed, tells you how far, how fast, how long you are going. Love!! Oh, and lets you post it on fb Hey, look at me, I exercised today! Woot!

I have been walking 4 miles at White Oak park every morning. I am trying to walk my ass off...literally.

Thanks E for the info. My dd said that at SPHS the ones who failed can not walk with the class. I'm so confused. Why at one school and not the other??

My senior passed on the first time and exceeded. From what we heard Hiram high was letting the kids who didn't pass the test walk with the class but given an attendance certificate instead of a diploma.

it was a grey Pontiac G6. I have a picture and she was going to the same place we were going, The Avenues.. She stopped at the Gap while I drove over to Charming Charlie's. All that speeding and weaving and I still pulled in right behind her. Derp.

funny thing, I do know who she is. The girl has a South Paulding parking pass hanging in her car.

Just a quick hello to you from my vacation. I flew to San Diego on Wednesday to go to a wedding yesterday & have been driving up the Pacific Coast Highway. We are in San Simeon tonight, staying until tomorrow, on our way to San Francisco. I am taking lots of photos, of course! Y'all hold the fort down until I get back. I've read all his books, LOVE them!!! My most favorite book ever is Conspiracy of Fools by Kurt Eichenwald, it's about the fall of Enron. FANTASTIC book. I read his other one, The Informant, it was okay.. not as good as the other!

Tale of Two Cities ~ Charles Dickens. The book also has Great Expectations which I read in high school but will gladly read it again. Just finished Tinkers by Paul Harding & Homer & Langley by E.L. Doctorow.. sometimes I read two, three books at once.

I made champagne salmon over linguini, freshly baked bread with dipping oil, salad, baked potatoes.. mmmmmm
