Wow. My friend works from home and she says it sounds like what she envisioned Pearl Harbor sounded like. Hasn't been able to do any writing or reviewing contracts because of the noise for the past several days. If you would like to buy her home she'd be happy to make you a deal.

I am sure it is exhilerating to the poor people that live next to the airport that have had to endure the constant noise for two days.

Hopefully they have lined up enough buses. Otherwise expect long waits.

I have 4 cats and 2 large--90-100 pound dogs. One dog could care less, the other dog is mildly curious about one cat for some reason. The other large dogs I have had-- one was mortified of cats, one dog and cat had an antagonistic relationship with each other-- the dog was prone is chase that one cat, he'd get in trouble and the cat would literally come and taunt the poor dog til he wanted or got put outside. The other dog chased cats at first but quickly learned not too. Every dog is different; size doesn't matter.

I was wondering that too. Maybe he had warrants. I am also curious as to why he was administered a breathalyzer test if he had been ID'd as the passenger. Sounds like an overeach by police to me unless of course he was on parole.

I have a 5 yo old boy and we have 4 cats. I have one cat that is a year old that my son is rough with it (not mean rough, just a kid being a kid). When the cat has had a enough he leaves, the other cats run. Cats are like people and each have their own temperment. It sounds like the cat is really laid back is a great cat for your young daughter. I can guarantee that the cat will run and hide when it has had enough and your daughter will learn to be more gentle with the cat. Is the cat biting or scratching?

After receiving the first offer, last, I attempted to find the answer to the following-- GA is a recourse state but is there a difference in in a purchase money mortgage vs. a refinance in the event of a foreclosure. I have heard that most of the time, a lender will not go after a borrower for the a deficiency.

I have a son in Kindergarten in a public school in Paulding. I have volunteered a lot since the beginning of the year. What I have seen is shocking and stories from other volunteers even more so. Its very difficult to get parents to volunteer for special events- all the PTA asks for is 30 minutes to work a booth, etc. No less send in a small donation of candy, etc for fall festival. I can guarantee if the fall festival was not put on it would be those parents complaining the loudest. Hubby's company manages various banks REO businesses including several gas stations. When he ordered fuel today for one of his gas stations the jobber was telling him that due to the fire at the Baytown Texas refinery parts of the Colonial pipeline will be re-routed or shut down. Consumers can expect to see price increases as soon as Sunday. The jobber was also expecting shortages as well. If you remember several years back after one fo the gulfcoast hurricanes, gas prices shot up over $4 dollars and some stations were running out of gas. This was due in part to the pipeline closure as well

Hubby found 4-5 baby snakes in the yard cutting grass a month or so ago. We think a snake got one of cats who we found dead near the garage next to some shrubbery. Hubby and a friends were talking about the cat last night and friend agreed it probably was a snake. The friend states since the winter was so mild snakes may have had two breeding seasons.

Probably right on that one-- hope the kid understands what the consequences are if he/she gets caught.

Why were snipers on top of the roof? The only time we ever had snipers on top of the roof of our high school was when Vice President George H Bush visited our high school back in the mid 80's. Guess schools these days are nothing but prisons...

When I was in high school back in the late 80's, we would get at least one bomb threat a year, usually during football season. We had a really good football program and were state champs several times. I know times are different but how many bombs have actuaaly gone of in a school?
