Clark Funeral Home Posted February 2, 2007 Report Share Posted February 2, 2007 (edited) James “Jim“ Edward Wilson, age 65, of Dallas, Georgia, Passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2007. He was born on December 22, 1941 in Dallas, Georgia to the late Willis L and Ruth Wilson. He graduated in 1961 from South Cobb High School. He was a United States Marine veteran serving during the Vietnam War in which he was a Purple Heart recipient. He started Wilson Air Conditioning Service in 1969 and was a devoted Christian. Surviving are his brothers and sister-in-law, Wayne Clark and Shirley Wilson of Hiram, Georgia and Robert Lynn Wilson of Douglasville, Georgia. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 4, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, Georgia. The interment will follow in Powder Springs Memorial Gardens in Powder Springs, Georgia. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 3, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
