Delays due to cycling event Oct 5th

On 278 near Poole elementary there are signs saying expect delays Oct 5th due to a cycling event. Does anyone know details? LIke what time of day and how long is this event? I work every Saturday though I know most don't and that is my direct route to work. Like is it motorcycles and it will be a huge stretch of 278 or bicycles and it's a small piece of 278. It will be one lane shut down or all lanes and you are stuck behind them at their speed. Morning, evening, or all day or what? Any info to help plan my day would be much appreciated! Thanks!
