Stiff Posted October 31, 2016 Report Share Posted October 31, 2016 I am not trying to ride around in a neighborhood with other people driving their kids around or risk on hitting a kid that is walking around trick or treating. I want to be able to walk my kids around a small neighborhood. You know like I did when I was a kid. It is bull how Halloween is so different now.
