Frank worked for Woodstock Fire and Clark Ambulance. In 2005, Frank found his home with City of Atlanta Fire. Frank spent many hours working with his brothers and sisters in the service to protect this city.

In 2006, his life was forever changed when he welcomed his identical triplet daughters into this world. They were the light of his eye, and he loved teaching them to shoot, ride their own bikes, and toss them high into the air.

In 2010, Frank began running with his wife, Kimberly, and found a passion for running that led to his becoming a triathlete. Some of his proudest moments included completing his very first Half Ironman in Miami and winning his division in the Early Bird Sprint Tri.
