Funeral Director Posted June 23, 2013 Report Share Posted June 23, 2013 Mr. Christopher Jason Terrell, age 29 of Dallas passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Grady Memorial Hospital. Mr. Terrell was born on August 10, 1983 in Marietta, the son of William Richard Terrell, Jr. and the late Gail Young Terrell. He had worked in construction and was a member of the Crossroads Primitive Baptist Church in Atlanta. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Louise Young and William R. and Jeanette Terrell. Mr. Terrell is survived by two sons, Hayden and Gage Terrell; father, Richard Terrell of Jenkinsburg; brother, Adrian Terrell of Jenkinsburg; sister, Kandi Terrell and her partner, Terri Paulk of Decatur; adopted mother, Tina Elmore of Dallas; niece, Ashlyn Terrell of Locust Grove; and several other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Terrell will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 10:00 am in the chapel of the Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Elder Lloyd Blair and Elder James Blair officiating. Interment will follow in the Peaceful Meadows Cemetery. Brandon Elmore, Adrian Terrell, Ronald Wilson, Lamar Addison, James Addison, Jay Hyatt, and Bill Dobbs will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, June 24, 2013 from 6-9 pm and on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 from 9 am until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Burn Unit of Grady Memorial Hospital, 3rd Floor W. Tower, B-Wing, 80 Jesse Hill Drive SE, Atlanta, GA 30303 or the Hayden and Gage Terrell Educational Trust Fund at Regions Bank.
