Clark Funeral Home Posted June 1, 2013 Report Share Posted June 1, 2013 Becky Owens, age 43, of Hiram, passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2013. She was the daughter of Carl and Eleanor Canington, born July 5, 1969, in Atlanta, GA. Becky loved dancing, her family and living life to the fullest. She also loved her two favorite dogs, Pebbles and Maggie. Survivors include, husband, Ronald Owens of Hiram; parents, Carl & Eleanor Canington of Mableton; brothers Wade Canington of Mableton, David & Johnny Canington of Moncks Corner, SC; sister and brother-in-law, Melanie & Mark Hilderbrand of Douglasville; two nieces, two nephews and one great-nephew. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 3, 2013, at 3 p.m., from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Joe Brice officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, June 2, 2013, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society at www.nationalmssociety.org; The National Kidney Foundation at www.kidney.org; or The American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
