Prayers said for the family. We have been praying for Susan in our Sunday School class for over a year, every Sunday. I don't even know her, but from what was said about her, she was a wonderful person & teacher, and had a long hard fight with sickness.

Susan was active in the community, her church and made a difference as a teacher at Northside. She enjoyed the company of her friends, relatives and anyone else that happened along. She will be deeply missed, but there is no doubt that heaven has a place for her.

Thank you for being a great sister in-law.

Over 300 people came to the funeral home tonight. What a testimony of her life!

She touched so many children's lives in the 20+ years she taught. My son was fortunate to have her as his second grade teacher. She taught him many things, but the main thing was to be kind, caring, and compassionate.

She will be missed by everyone in our community!
