I change the filter every month and it's always COVERED in dust each time. Should I change it twice a month?

I talked to Daniel and he said it sounds like your returns are undersized. This will definitely cause the filters to do what you are describing and can cause other problems down the road. A more temporary option is using higher efficient filters. The ones like you get from Home Depot are usually only 20-25% efficient. Call us if you have any questions or want us to come out and do a free inspection and give you some more options (like installing a rack for spaceguard filters). We can bring you some of the higher efficient filters when we come.

Hey Lady Raider!!! Just give us a call when you are ready. Ruud is offering a rebate right now. Also I've heard through the grapevine Greystone is offering free financing. I'm about to go research that right now. More info to come. Also tax credits are still being offered on the higher efficient units. If you want me to schedule a time for Daniel to come out and talk to you about all the options just let me know.
