Can someone tell me if P.com is going to post election results?? I know back in the summer, the results were posted as fast as they were coming in. Just wondering if I was over looking them or not.

Go to that site for results. There is nothing posted yet. There is no "link below" yet.

With the reported 2 hour+ lines at most polling places at closing time, I suspect that we won't start seeing results until 10:30 or so.

Not sure about what the headers mean:

 

Polling - Polling Place Votes?

ABM - Absentee ballots?

AIP - Advanced ballots?

PRO - Provisional ballot?

 

If you look at the numbers, it seems that approx 14% of the registered voters voted before election day and we *still* had crowds.

There doesn't appear to be a whole lot reported, so I wouldn't put much stock in anything.

This county has some major issues if Paulette wins. Party or not, no way anyone should vote for someone who has had the problems she has. I just can't fathom that lady representing Paulding on a State Level, its embarrassing.

Yea, there is one precinct reporting, but it's in the 17th, not the 19th, so these seem to be all early votes. Still, it it almost 14% of the registered voters, so it's a good indication.

That's what is just dumb, voting only because of parties. Vote for the best person. My goodness you are selecting someone because she has an R beside the name yet she is about as crooked as it comes and not someone I would like representing Paulding on a State Level, its embarrassing to have someone with her checkered past.

 

I voted mostly Repub but when it came down to the D19 vote, there was no way I was voting for that lady. I've seen her actions one too many times up close and personal.

We just feel we can tolerate her better until 2012 than trust anything from the democrat who has recieved campaign money from unions. Go figure. Look for a new nominee from the repubs in '12.

My son said when he heard Paulette Rakestraw Braddock won the primary in July, "Paulding County will have it's own Cynthia McKinney!" What a joke district 19. Unbelievable! Let's hope the R party will be responsible and NOT seat her. This is ridiculous.
