Trees down in Hiram

Be careful with all the debri in the roads, there are trees down on Morningside drive, Morris rd, Poole rd, Angham rd, Cleaburne prkwy, Arnold lane, Pine Valley rd, throughout that area.

kids went to the movies and they were cancelled at about eight because of no power

It was bad down 92 in Hiram as well. There was a window, yes, a window, in the road - signs were all toppled over, trees all snapped in half. A tree was dangling across Hiram Sudie in the air - they had a fire truck out trying to get down.

 

It looked very much like a tornado had gone through.

I was asleep and woke up to debri flying everywhere, and my husband had left the front and back doors open on the house, my carpet and walls are soaked, I went to the front door to shut it and i heard a noise like a train and stuff was flying everywhere in the yard, so i slammed the doors and took off to the hall, A little while later i went out to see what the damage in my area looked like and there was alot of trees down, i live off morris rd. Almost every road around here was blocked off by police. I just wished i would have looked out the door so i could have seen if it was really a tornado, Ive always thought being a Tornado chaser would be cool, but only if i was behind it, and prepared lol
