James "Snuffy" Scoggins

Mr. James Harlin “Snuffy“ Scoggins age 67 of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away on June 11, 2010. He was born on December 3, 1941, the son of the late Lee Scoggins and Ruby Pauline Fowler. Snuffy enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing and working in his yard. He loved the Lord and was a member of Harmony Grove Baptist Church where he attended church regularly.

 

 

 

Mr. James Scoggins is survived by one sister Brenda Streetman of Tampa Fl., 5 brothers Donald and Norma Scoggins of Dallas Ga, Gary and Patty Scoggins of Stockbridge Ga, Charles and Pam Scoggins of Mableton GA, Ray and Vicky Scoggins of Dallas Ga, and Darny Scoggins of Dallas Ga. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Scoggins and Ruby Pauline Fowler, 2 brothers, Wayne Scoggins & Mike Scoggins, 1 sister, Doris Mahaffey.

 

 

 

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday June 14, 2010 at 11AM in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Reverend Richard Rollins officiating. Music will be provided by Jeff Eberhart. Interment will follow at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1pm until 9pm and Monday 9am until the service begins at 11am.
