Mrs. Grace Marie Bernardo, age 82 of Dallas, GA passed away Sunday, March 28, 2010 at her residence. Mrs. Bernardo was a retired nurse.

 

 

 

Mrs. Bernardo was born November 16, 1927 in Jacksonville, Florida the daughter of the late Alexander Herman Leunig and Grace Helen Carswell.

 

 

 

Mrs. Bernardo is survived by one daughter Mr. and Mrs. Robbie (Carla) Robertson of Dallas, Ga. One son Mr. and Mrs. Mark (Michele) Brown of Kennesaw, Ga. Two sisters Mrs. Blanche Gibbs Reed of Ponte Vedra, Fla. and Mrs. Ann Panella of California. Four Grandchildren Aaron Cohn of Holly Springs, GA, Brett Cohn and Alexandra Cohn of Woodstock, GA, Anna Brown of Conyers, Ga. Two Step Daughters Enell Bernardo and Tina Bernardo of Jacksonville, Fla. and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bernardo was preceded in death by by two sons Ralph Carlyle Brown, Jr. and Alexander Paige Brown.

 

 

 

Mrs. Bernardo will be cremated with memorial services later in Jacksonville, Florida. In lieu of flowers contribution may be made to the American Cancer Society.
