Question about person @ Eberhart's

I saw the name James West on the sign at Eberhart's today...Does anyone know who this is or know the family? Does anyone know how old or where he's from?

 

I had a good friend in High School named James West, we called him Jimmy though. I just want to make sure that it is not him.
