Clark Funeral Home Posted March 24, 2008 Report Share Posted March 24, 2008 Quinn Sean Phillip, age 34, of Douglasville (Paulding County), passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2008. He was born on May 6, 1973, in Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Phillip was a Medical Technician for West Georgia Cardiology in Carrollton and also worked part-time for Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, Carleen Lorraine Baptiste of Douglasville; mother, Pheola Phillip of Brooklyn, NY; son, Saed Phillip of Brooklyn, NY; sister, Feona Phillip of Brooklyn, NY; and aunt, Janet White of California. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2008, at 3:00pm, from Villa Rica Church of Christ, Villa Rica, GA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, P. O. Box 409410, Atlanta, GA 30384.
