Ya know those icecream cookie sandwiches you can get in the grocery store?

I make my own.

I do chocolate chip cookies with NY Super Chunk Fudge icecream and then roll the outside with choc chips. YUMMY. You have to freeze the cookies for about 30 min first so they don't break.

Sometimes you guys almost make me feel bad....

Coquille St Jacque, made with some garden onions, Kroger on sale mushrooms, $5 a pound Kroger scallops, some thyme and parsley from the garden, a bit of garlic, cream, parmesean cheese, butter, bread crumbs, and white wine.

YES! Good stuff.

With some fresh asparagus, and some tortelini pasta stuffed with rottini cheese and asparagus.

A white Cote du Rhone to chase it down.

$10, without the wine. Live is good.
