IMO the yummiest thing to do with chicken.......wrap it in bacon, drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt & pepper and bake until bacon is crispy! I promise, you will love it!

I think for us tonight will be something light and easy. We have pigged out for the last 4 days straight!
Maybe a salad & soup.

Great recipe...

In a small, medium-sized bowl, place one to two cups of a prepared foodstuff of grain, add milk until the foodstuff begins to rise.

Choose a spoon appropriate to the size of your mouth, and enjoy.

I'm thinking of using the leftover ham and having breakfast for dinner. Eggs, hashbrowns and
toast.

Great recipe for Ham.

Apply a dressing made of egg yolks, vegetable oils, and vinegar or lemon juice to two slices of a baked and leavened food made of a mixture whose basic constituent is flour or meal.

From a distance of about 12 inches drop the ham onto the existing creation.

Fold or stack.

Garnish with lettuce and tomato.

I had left over ham and mac and cheese.

Have any of you heard of throwing out the slices of ham that are not pretty enough to put on a platter? That is what my husband's step sister wanted to do. Being as he is, we have lots of left over ham and turkey.

Here's a simple, easy receipe for leftover ham, turkey or chicken:

Slice meat into thin stips (julienne style). Fill pillsbury crescent rolls with meat and broccoli spears. Roll up and bake until lightly brown. Melt cheddar cheese or swiss cheese with a little milk and lemon juice (or you can just melt some velveeta in the microwave). Pour over roll-ups!

Enjoy!

BTW, we had chicken marsala and baked ziti!

Just had the Briar Patch. I so do not want to look at ham for at least a few months. This week I want a mexican dish, a chinese dish, and a lot of fast food. I'm not cooking. I'm sure it won't work out like that though.
