I made a whole bunch of chicken pot pie insides last night, (the creamy sauce, chicken, taters, carrots, white corn) but didn't want to make biscuits so I cut puff pastry into big squares and baked them and put them on top of the individual servings. It was good, not as heavy as homemade cream biscuits on top! So, we are having leftovers!!

Leftovers for us. We had a b-day party this weekend, so we are having leftover baked beans, pasta salad, cole slaw and potato chips. We will probably do hot dogs with all of that.

We had marinated pork roast, cajun garlic butter rice, and broccoli. I made a confetti cake for dessert since I am in a baking mood with the cooler weather.
