One of the amazing things about a website like paulding.com is that the odd request sometimes gains the greatest interest.

Indeed, a word can be kind of like a new fishing lure that catches more fish than anyone ever thought possible.

We've had a couple of these lures surface.

One was the World Gym Express in Hiram title ... it has garnered 478 topic views ...

An even better example, though was the simple title 'caterers' posted by Higher Grounds Cafe.

This simple topic has been viewed 757 times from all over.

The point is that when you see activity like this, this is form of market research.

One reality is that a significant portion of the folks responding are from outside the Paulding/Metro Atlanta marketplace.

Still, it is only logical to assume that people are looking for caterers and aren't finding many on the net ... or why else would they be looking here?

Those folks in food service should just kind of put that in the back of their head and, particularly if you're in the catering business, you might consider joining Paulding.com and posting there.

Right on, webby.

I still wish some others had done the "Best Of" thread to keep it going a while. The comments were great about the various resturants.
