I am offering to babysit kids now. I babysat all summer, and have many times before that. I will be 15 in 2 weeks, and have references. I charge low prices, and will babysit in your house or mine. I am very good with kids, and have lots of experience. I can watch them after school or on weekends. I am available almost whenever you need me also. I will watch kids up to age 11.

Dont forget, I have some references, and have experience with kids as young as young as 1 1/2 months. I have watched my nephew since he was that young, and we was on monitors, and had to have meds after each feeding

I am still available to babysit, I have even been asked to babysit overnigt before. The only reason I didn't is because the kids ended up going to their friend's house

I am looking for someone to be willing to come to my home and babysit for and hour everyday so I can go to the gym. and other times just come and be my helper so I can get things done around the house. My son is 4 months old now and I have been slacking on my duties and I want to get back on the roll. I would prefer someone in my area since it is for such a short period of time. I live off Ridge Road on Cohran Store Road. This is next to what used to be Top Of The Ridge Restaurant. I am not particluar to the age as long as you have experience and possible references. Pay can be discussed.

email is the best way to contact me

Please be careful. You already are probably aware of such things, but, by all means, never give the 'contractor' any money before they start the job. Wait until the job is finished to your satisfaction before you pay them. Believe me , we learned from experience. If they are a reputable contractor, and have a conscious, they should have enough money in the business to supply them with the materials they will need to do the job and see it done to completion. I've had people say they would be there and never show up, not even a phone call,; people start a project and never return to finish the job. There are alot of dishonset people out there....so , just a word of caution from a former New Englander

Be careful what you wish for, you might get it. The guy who did my basement, started out Cheap and it ended up looking really cheap. Guess what else---- it ended up not being so cheap, lots of extra charges.

If you get a quote, be sure to get inclusions and exclusions - makes a lot of difference in the end.

Be wary of Cost plus quotes too. There is an automatic 10 percent (or greater) overhead and 10 percent profit margin in that deal. In other words if the job costs 100.00 (Materials and labor) add 10%overhead to that = 110.00 + 10% for profit adds another $11.00 so the 100.00 job actually costs 121.00.

There are lots of reasonable people who are honest out there, its just hard to tell which ones are not up front.
In history there are people who have had their clothes, food, housing and jobs provided to them.

Those people were called "slaves".

Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you.

I am looking to expand my team in the new year! Check out the business info at:

www.ubah.com/c2812

This is Usborne Books and we help put awesome books into children's hands! We work with the public and also with schools and libraries so the potential is endless. You can work this business very part-time if you just want to pay one bill a month or you can turn it into a full-time business. This is very legitimate with many reps making supervisor within a year and making career-level income by working 20-30 hours a week. The best benefit? For me, it is the ability to take my daugther with me to all of my business outings. I do not use a sitter. Please email me if you are interested in more info...I would also be happy to call if you like. I am not pushy, I will just give you info. Thanks,

Arynn

I had the same problem trying to find a job while I was pregnant, but try applying for a hostess somewhere. That is the only thing I can think of where I know you sometimes get to sit down.

While I was pregnant I got a job with a temporary agency. There are customer service jobs, where you answer the phone part time, and you sit down all day. All you need is a good phone voice and the ability to learn. The temp agency will usually train you. Just a thought.

I have just moved to Paulding County and my new husband introduced me to this great site.
I am still working in Vinings, and it takes close to an hour, much more if traffic is bad to get to work. Since this is the case I am seeking a job significantly closer to my home in Dallas.

I have over 10 years experience as an Administrative Professional and am an active participating member of the International Association of Administrive Professionals. I have all the skills required to run an office or team efficiently and with professionalism.

If there is anything available that anyone knows of, please PM me.

Hey ya'll,

It's been awhile since me and my wife have been on here. We (Clintmc and StacieMc) are doing well and staying busy. The reason for this post is to see if anyone is interested in hiring me part-time. Over one summer, I ran a small lawn service and got to meet lots of really good folks who were regulars on here. It was fun. I will be attending college in the spring to become a web designer / e-commerce specialist. Here's my resume. Any suggestions would be most appreciated! Thank you!
